The new coatings control system!

"Izovac" company completed development of a new lighting system of optical control on reflectance light from the back side of  test samples.

The system is designed for installation in the vacuum deposition equipment Ortus.

Control on reflectance light from the back side of  test samples has some advantages over the classical method of control:
 

•      Reduction in the total length of the path of the light beam 3 times. This allows for better luminosity (ie, to collect more reflected light) and the geometric stability of the beam.
•      The processes occurring in the chamber did not affect the quality of measurements.
•      The lack of optical elements from the bottom chamber can accommodate technological devices in more favorable positions.
•      In the absence of absorption in the coating material calculation is performed exactly as in the classical method of control.

This lighting system can be used with the system of single-wave control Invisio M, and the spectral control system Invisio S.
