IZOVAC possesses ion-beam
(IBSS) and dual magnetron (IzoMag) sputtering
technologies that are successfully used to obtain high quality optical coatings
on substrates with maximum dimensions of 300 x 400 mm and guaranteed uniformity
of +/-3%. The number of thin film forming materials used to create final optical
coatings is variable: Ti, Si, In, Nb, Ta, Al, Cu, TiO2, SiO2, In2O3, Nb2O5,
Ta2O5, Al2O3, TiN, AlN, and etc. It allows to deposit any types of layers:
- Antireflecting;
- Reflecting;
- Filtering;
- Light-absorbing;
- Conducting.
IBSS and IzoMag sputtering technologies ensure obtaining optical films with
high adherence and durability rating and this also applies to plastic substrates. Built-in
optical and/or quartz control systems guarantee excellent repetition of
deposition processes. This is very important for the deposition of absorbing layers.
