The multilayer optical and laser coatings can be deposited now with higher accuracy and repeatability due to application of the Invisio S Spectral Optical Monitoring System. This system makes it possible to observe the variation of the whole spectrum of the growing coating immediately during the deposition as well as to provide the layer-by-layer correction of the coating.

The optical system is based on the module principle offering easy and fast installation in any vacuum coater regardless its configuration.
High Performance
The spectrometers feature specially selected low-noise CMOS linear arrays. The minimum time of measuring the whole spectrum is as low as 2 milliseconds, so the optical engineer can control the spectrum in real time.
Small size
All system components have small dimensions and weight providing for easy installation even in the consize spaces of the vacuum coater.
Flexibility in Selecting the Spectral Range
The implementation of the modular-based design provides for selection of the necessary spectral range in the easy and convenient way. The maximum possible range is 200-1700 nm.
