Izovac has extensive experience in deposition of the protecting, conducting, anti-reflection, anti-static films, and optical filters on any substrate.

Thin films sputtering is usually performed using IBSS (Izovac Beam Sputtering System), MSS (Magnetron Sputtering System) or IzoMag (dual magnetron) using multi positional targets. Below are some of the optical coatings that could be obtained:

• Oxides (TiO₂, SiO₂, Ta₂O₅, Al₂O₃, Nb₂O₅ etc.);
• Nitrides (TiN, AlN, Si₃N etc.);
• Semiconductors (In₂O₃, Si, SiH, ZnS etc.);
• Metals;
• Alloys.

Quality control is realized with optical and/or quartz control systems, which are also designed in our company.
