We offer software packages for the following automatic control systems:
- Multilayer sputtering processes with ion-beam
sputtering source (IBSS), magnetron or dual magnetron source (IzoMag);
- Vacuum chamber pumping systems;
- Data collection systems and vacuum equipment remote
control systems through Ethernet networks.
Our software possesses the

- Easy adaptation to different hardware;
- Modular programming that allows easy changes in equipment
design or equipment parameters;
- Universal database of parameters for our
Customers to set up any sputtering process;
- Any malfunctioning, trouble or emergency situation is detected and
processed automatically;
IZOVAC constantly holds consultations with its customers, and provides
information about software or hardware updates. IZOVAC can also modify or update any
hardware or software on IZOVAC equipment directly on customer’s facilities.
In the case customer has non-automated vacuum and/or deposition equipment , IZOVAC can transfer it to automatic mode.
This would include control systems upgrades and software design according to
specific customer’s requirements.

Systems provide our Customers with immediate opportunity to
create multi-functional optical layers fully automatically.
Process data is permanently transferred to control system of vacuum equipment
to ensure closed technological loop:

Scope of control system includes industrial computer, pumping systems
controllers, layer thickness controllers, working gas flow meter controller etc.
Our software is responsible for automatic control of power supply, gas mixture,
carriage movement, different options of layer thickness measurements etc.
The operator reads all necessary data on vacuum equipment display and can change any
parameter during operation.
Described software ensures reliable operation of vacuum coating equipment
both for individually operating units or those integrated into technological
